This three-year programme is a flexible course, designed to develop skills and promote access to scientific, artistic, anthropological and technical knowledge. It is also designed to provide continuing education to those wishing to change and improve their daily life.

a) To bring the University closer to those interested in cultural knowledge, through new educational activities.
b) To promote access to humanistic university education focused on personal development.
c ) To foster self-fulfilling experiences in educational leisure among participants.
d) To promote and disseminate different areas of participation and citizen solidarity.
e ) To encourage new interests and leisure habits as alternatives to those imposed by consumer societies.
